- 2 romaine lettuce leaves, cut into small squares
- 4 slices deli pepperoni, quartered
- 16 black olives
- 16 grape tomatoes
- 8 slices salami, sliced in half
- 16 Mozzarella balls
- ¼ cup Italian dressing
- Special Tools: 16 bamboo skewers
Instructions
- Skewer 1 toasted bread cube, 1 lettuce square, 1 quarter slice pepperoni, 1 black olive, 1 toasted bread cube, 1 grape tomato, 1 half slice salami, 1 Mozzarella ball and 1 more toasted bread cube.
- Repeat the process with remaining bamboo skewers.
- Serve skewers with a side of Italian dressing.
