Sandwich Thins Pizza

Ingredients (2-4 Servings)
2 Oroweat
½ cup pizza sauce
4 button mushrooms, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 teaspoons oregano

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spread pizza sauce evenly on each half of the sandwich thins and layer evenly with mushrooms and bell pepper. Top each half of the sandwich thins with ¼ cup of Mozzarella and 1 teaspoon of oregano.

2. Transfer pizzas to a pizza stone, place in the oven and bake until cheese is golden brown (approximately 5-10 minutes).
