Ingredients
- 2 slices of oroweat White bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg, fried
- ¼ cup spinach
- 2 slices Gruyère cheese
- 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked
- Sriracha
Instructions
- Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Crack egg in skillet and fry until whites are cooked through, and yolk is set to desired firmness.
- Layer spinach, Gruyère cheese, turkey bacon and fried egg on 1 slice of toast.
- Drizzle with Sriracha, top with second slice of toast, and enjoy.
