Toasted Peanut Butter, Banana and Berry Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Oroweat 100% Whole Wheat bread
  • 2 tbsp. reduced-fat peanut butter (one for each slice of bread)
  • 1/2 a banana, sliced
  • 1/4 c. berries
  • 2 tbsp. granola

Directions

  1. Lightly toast the slices of bread.
  2. Spread peanut butter on one side and top with banana slices, berries, and granola.
  3. Replace top half of bread.
  4. Slice and serve!
