Ingredients

1 Oroweat 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins roll
-
1 zucchini
-
1 yellow squash
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
Salt and pepper, to taste

1½ tablespoons roasted red pepper hummus
-
Special Tools: Spiralizer
Directions
- Spiralize zucchini and yellow squash.
- In a medium pan over medium heat, heat olive oil.
- Add spiralized veggies to pan, season with salt and pepper and cook, stirring frequently, until just tender (approximately 6-8 minutes).
- Spread bottom half of Sandwich Thins rolls with hummus.
- Top with cooked zucchini and squash.
- Cap with Sandwich Thins lid and enjoy!
