Ingredients

2 slices of Oroweat 100% Whole Wheat bread

1 oz. nonfat cream cheese
-
1 slice Colby cheese
-
1/4 c. broccoli, steamed
-
1/4 c. cauliflower, steamed
-
garlic salt to taste
Directions
- Toast slices of bread. Spread 1/2 ounce of nonfat cream cheese on each slice.
- On one slice, place Colby cheese on top of cream cheese, followed by steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
- Shake garlic salt on veggies to taste.
- Top with second piece of bread, cream-cheese side down.
- Slice and enjoy!
