Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad Sammie

Ingredients

  • 4 oroweat 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins rolls
  • 1/4 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. hummus
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • Mixed greens
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, hummus, chicken, celery, almonds and cranberries.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  3. Add greens to one side of each of the four 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins rolls and top with ¼ of the mixture on each.
  4. Cover with the other half of the roll.
