Ingredients

2 slices of Oroweat Organic 22 Grains & Seeds

2 slices bacon
-
2 butter lettuce leaves
-
1 red heirloom tomato, sliced

1 yellow heirloom tomato, sliced

Dill dressing (recipe follows)

Dill Dressing:
-
2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
-
⅔ cup Greek yogurt
-
1 teaspoon lemon juice
-
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- For dill dressing, place all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Mix everything until combined.
- In a skillet on medium-high heat, cook bacon until crispy (about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through).
- On one slice of bread, layer on the lettuce, bacon, tomatoes and dill dressing.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
