Ingredients
- 1 oroweat 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin roll
- ¼ cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, minced
- ½-1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place bottom half of Sandwich Thins roll on a small baking sheet.
- Layer on shredded chicken, cheese, tomatoes and half the cilantro.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
- Drizzle with barbeque sauce, top with Sandwich Thins roll lid and enjoy!
