Greek Yogurt Egg Salad Sandwich
Ingredients

4 slices of oroweat Potato bread
- 1 cup Arugula
- 1 tsp Dill, dried
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 5 hard boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, roughly mash hard boiled eggs with Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, salt & pepper to taste.
- Serve on {brand_name} bread with fresh cut tomatoes and arugula.
