National Cold Cuts Day

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Oroweat Oatnut Bread
  • 4 tbsp pesto
  • 6 slices capicola ham
  • 6 slices pepperoni
  • 6 slices salami
  • ½ small jar roasted red peppers
  • Banana peppers
  • Olives
  • Lettuce

Directions

  1. On 2 slices of Oatnut bread, spread 2 tbsp of pesto, then begin to top with cold cut slices. 
  2. Add roasted red peppers, banana peppers, olives, and lettuce. 
  3. Top with remaining slices of bread and enjoy!
