Ingredients

  • 4 oroweat 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins rolls
  • 2 (5-ounce) cans Albacore tuna in water, drained
  • ½ onion, diced
  • ½ Granny Smith apple, diced
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup celery, diced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ lemon, juiced
  • ½ avocado, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine tuna, onion, apple, bell pepper, celery, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a medium bowl and mix together thoroughly.
  2. 2. Fold in avocado and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. 3. Layer 1 lettuce leaf on each Sandwich Thins rolls base.
  4. Top with a scoop of tuna salad and Sandwich Thins lid.
