Ingredients
- 2 slices oroweat Organic 22 Grains & Seeds bread
- 3 oz. roasted turkey breast
- 2 tbsp. low-fat mayo
- 6 medium green grapes
- 1 1/2 tbsp. walnuts, chopped
- 1 slice red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. fresh parsley
- 2 large romaine lettuce leaves
- Ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Take turkey and shred by hand to small pieces.
- Combine in medium bowl: turkey, grapes, walnuts, onion, parsley, mayo and pepper.
- Toast 2 slices {brand_name} bread to desirable temperature.
- Place turkey salad evenly on both slices of bread and top each with romaine leaf.
- Serve open-faced.
