Spicy Lemon-Honey Berries On Creamy Almond Butter Toast

Ingredients (2 servings )
2 slices of Oroweat bread
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons 0% fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons orange honey, or honey of choice
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
6 medium sliced strawberries
6 sliced blackberries or berry of choice
1 tablespoon chopped or sliced almonds
4 medium mint leaves, chiffonade
8-10 very small basil leaves

In a small bowl, mix almond butter and yogurt until blended. Set aside. In a small bowl, mix honey, lemon juice and hot sauce until blended. Gently toss strawberries, blackberries, and almonds in honey. Set aside. Toast both slices of Oroweat. Spread toast with a layer of creamy almond butter. Top with lemon-honey glazed berries and almonds. Sprinkle mint and basil leaves over berries, and serve.
