Spicy Asian Inspired Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of oroweat Organic 22 Grains & Seeds, toasted
  • 2 tbsp. hummus
  • 1 tsp. less sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup broccoli sprouts
  • 4 red bell pepper strips, divided
  • 3 oz. sliced cooked chicken
  • 1 tsp. sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. In cup combine hummus, teriyaki sauce, and chia seeds.
  2. Spread over one slice of bread.
  3. Add a layer of sprouts, 3 pepper strips and chicken.
  4. Spread sriracha over chicken.
  5. Top with remaining bread slice.
