FUNtina Grilled Cheese

Ingredients (1 serving)
2 slices Oroweat bread OR 1 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins® roll
2 slices fontina cheese
2-4 slices vine ripe tomato
½ cup fresh Spinach
Olive Oil
Directions 

Use a little olive oil on the outsides of each piece of bread. Top one of the slices of bread with a slice of fontina cheese, tomato, spinach and another slice of fontina cheese.

Grill in a pan over medium heat until golden on each side and cheese has melted.
