4 Tbsp almond butter
8 slices banana
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup snipped dried apricots
1/4 cup chopped toasted slivered almonds
2 Tbsp flake coconut
2 Medjool pitted dates, mashed
1/2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions 

Place 2 slices bread on a work surface. Spread with the almond butter. Top with banana slices. In a small bowl combine the rest of the ingredients; mix well. Cover the banana slices, then place on the remaining 2 bread slices.
