Ingredients

  • 2 slices of oroweat Healthy Multigrain bread
  • 5 oz. salmon filet
  • 1/4 c. baby arugula
  • 1 small peach, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. dill paste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a small baking sheet with foil and place salmon filet on foil.
  3. Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Place peach slices on bottom bread slice and salmon on top of peaches; then top the salmon with arugula.
  5. Spread dill paste on the other piece of bread and place it on top.
