Heavenly Hawaiian Sandwich

Ingredients (2 Sandwiches)
4 slices Oroweat bread
1 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
2 tbsp. green salsa
2 slices lean cooked ham
2 pineapple rings

Place 2 slices bread on work surface. Spread ½ c. mashed sweet potatoes on one slice of bread. Add 1 tbsp. green salsa on top of sweet potatoes. Top with 1 slice of ham and 1 pineapple ring. Cover with remaining slice of bread. Repeat above steps for second sandwich.
