Grilled Lean Southwest Burger with Pepper Jack and Avocado
Preheat grill or nonstick skillet to medium high. In a small bowl, combine ground sirloin, seasoning, cilantro and scallion, and form into a patty about 1/2" thick. Grill patty 3 to 4 minutes on each side. During the last minute of cooking, top patty with pepper jack cheese. Remove patty from grill, let cool and place on bottom half of Sandwich Thins roll. Spread top half of the roll with ketchup. Assemble sandwich by topping patty with tomato, onion, avocado and lettuce.
*Recipe can be made by substituting lean ground turkey or veggie burger patty. Cook veggie patty according to package instructions and omit cilantro and scallions.
