Grilled Chicken Caesar & Bell Pepper Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of oroweat Oatnut bread
  • 2 tsp. (one on top, one on bottom) nonfat mayonnaise
  • 4 medium slices cooked chicken breast
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 3 strips yellow bell pepper
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Spread nonfat mayonnaise onto one slice of bread.
  2. Layer with chicken slices, tomatoes, yellow pepper, lettuce, and remaining bread slice.
  3. Cut in half and serve.
