Greek Yogurt Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients (2 servings)
4 slices of Oroweat® Country Potato bread
1 cup Arugula
1 tsp Dill, dried
2 Roma tomatoes
5 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
Directions 

In a large bowl, roughly mash hard boiled eggs with Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, salt & pepper to taste. Serve on Oroweat bread with fresh cut tomatoes and arugula.
