8 thin slices of heirloom tomatoes (choose different colors for visual appeal)
3 oz. low-fat buffalo mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
Directions 

On the bottom half of the Sandwich Thins roll, place ingredients in the following order - one sliced tomato, one slice of mozzarella, and basil. Repeat placement of ingredients until three layers are stacked. Finally, top with the other half of the Sandwich Thins roll.
