The Chicken And The Egg Power Snack

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, sriracha, and mustard, until well blended. Add chicken, eggs, grapes, walnuts, and celery, and mix until thoroughly coated with the yogurt mixture. Spread evenly onto two pieces of bread. Top with spinach and sprouts, and then finish with the other two slices of bread. Cut each sandwich in half and enjoy with a friend!
