BBQ Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients (1 Serving)
¼ cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 tablespoon Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 grape tomatoes, halved
1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, minced
½-1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
Directions 
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place bottom half of Sandwich Thins roll on a small baking sheet. Layer on shredded chicken, cheese, tomatoes and half the cilantro.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cilantro. Drizzle with barbeque sauce, top with Sandwich Thins roll lid and enjoy!
