Ingredients (1 serving)
- 2 slices of Oroweat Healthy Multi-Grain® bread
- 5 oz. salmon filet
- 1/4 c. baby arugula
- 1 small peach, pitted and thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. dill paste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a small baking sheet with foil and place salmon filet on foil. Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork. Place peach slices on bottom bread slice and salmon on top of peaches; then top the salmon with arugula. Spread dill paste on the other piece of bread and place it on top.
