Ingredients (1 serving)
- 2 slices Oroweat Nuts and Seeds® bread
- 2 tsp. (one on top, one on bottom) nonfat mayonnaise
- 4 medium slices cooked chicken breast
- 2 slices tomato
- 3 strips yellow bell pepper
- 2 leaves romaine lettuce
Spread nonfat mayonnaise onto one slice of bread; layer with chicken slices, tomatoes, yellow pepper, lettuce, and remaining bread slice. Cut in half and serve.
