Spicy Avocado Egg Smash
• 1 slice of Oroweat Healthfull® Nuts and Seeds bread, toasted
• 1/4 avocado, mashed
• 1 egg, hardboiled and sliced
• 3 slices cucumber
• 1/4 tsp. chili oil
• Lime zest
• Salt and pepper to taste

Serving Size: 1 serving

Spread mashed avocado onto toast. Top with egg and cucumber slices. Drizzle with chili oil and season with lime zest, salt and pepper.
