Simple Turkey & Mozzarella Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices Oroweat Healthfull® Steel Cut Oats and Honey bread
1 ½ tbsp. mustard (divided between 2 slices of bread)
2 oz. lean deli turkey
1 oz. low-fat mozzarella
4 slices tomatoes
2 leaves spring lettuce

This Recipe Makes One Sandwich

Directions:

Spread mustard onto a slice of bread; layer with turkey, mozzarella, tomatoes and lettuce. Cut in half and serve.
