Pacific Crab Sandwich
Ingredients
•    2 Oroweat Sandwich Thins® Rolls 100% Whole Wheat rolls
•    2 tbsp. garlic-flavored hummus (or substitute any flavor)
•    1/2 c. cooked dungeness crab meat
•    1/4 c. diced, roasted, pickled red peppers
•    1/4 c. sliced avocado

Recipe makes two sandwiches

Directions:
In bowl, mix crab meat and roasted red peppers, and then set aside. Spread 2 tbsp. hummus onto bottom half of roll and then crab/pepper mixture onto the hummus. Top with sliced avocado and other half of roll. Cut sandwich in half, and enjoy!
