Cheesy Eggs in a Basket
Ingredients:
• 1 slice Oroweat Healthfull® Bread Steel Cut Oats & Honey
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp shredded cheese
• 1 tbsp butter
• Salt & pepper
• Ham or bacon (optional)

Recipes Makes One Sandwich

Directions
Take a circle cutter and cut hole out of center of bread. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. While that's melting, beat an egg in a small bowl and stir in cheese as well as pre-cooked ham or bacon (optional).Place your bread in the melted butter. Carefully pour egg into hole. Salt and pepper first side to taste. Flip to other side once egg is set and bottom of bread is toasted. Salt and pepper again to taste. Serve hot.
