If your resolution for 2016 was to make smarter eating choices, making a plan is essential to retaining this resolution.

Ham & Garden Veggie Sandwich
Ingredients
• 4 Slices Oroweat Healthfull® Steel Cut Oats & Honeybread
• 2 tbsp. cream cheese
• 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
• 4 oz. lean ham
• 1/2 cucumber, sliced very thin

Serving Size: 2 Sandwiches

Directions:
Mix cream cheese and garlic together. Spread half of the mixture onto one slice of bread. Add cucumber slices. Top with ham.
