This delicious Egg Salad Sandwich is a great addition to your weekly routine as it tastes great, is filled with nutritious ingredients and can be made with any of the three Oroweat Healthfull® bread varieties: Steel Cut Oats & Honey, Nuts & Seeds, and Flax & Sunflower.
Egg Salad Sandwich
• 6 slices of any Oroweat Healthfull® bread variety
• 9 eggs
• 5 tbsp. light mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp. whole grain garlic mustard
• 4 oz. sweet relish
• Salt & Pepper
• Baby arugula
Recipe makes three sandwiches
Bake eggs in a muffin pan for about 30 minutes in 350 degrees. Peel the eggs and roughly chop. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt and pepper with chopped eggs.
