2 slices Oroweat Healthfull® Flax and Sunflower bread
3 oz. sliced turkey
¼ c. fresh spinach
2 tomato slices
2 red onion slices
This Recipe Makes One Sandwich
In a blender, combine kale, lime juice, olive oil, jalapeno, and cilantro; puree. Spread the mixture on one slice of bread. Top with turkey, spinach, red onion slices and tomato. Place second slice of bread on top.
